Conservatoire semi-finalists to compete
for £500 and their own solo, prizewinning recital at Seven Arts, Chapel Allerton.
Watch the seven pianists navigate the challenges of their chosen repertoire as they battle head-to-head to win this coveted prize.
If you would like to spend a Sunday afternoon listening to beautiful classical piano music, for free, in an intimate setting whilst supporting Leeds upcoming talent, why not come along. This event is open to all.
Each student will play for 15 - 20 minutes.
Individual chosen repertoire will include this year's compulsory piece, Capriccio Op. 11 no. 5 by William Sterndale-Bennett

Besbrode Pianos Steinway Showroom is situated in a Georgian Mill on the edge of Leeds city centre. Our showroom is more than a retail space. This stunning red brick showroom has been an intimate venue over the last 20 years for a myriad of stand out performances including Alistair McGowan, The Leeds International Piano Competition Competitors, Mik Artistik, Li Can, The Lang Lang Scholars,Lol Coxhill and more.
