| Who is Eligible for Finance? |

| Independent credit check: All applicants must undergo an independent credit check to apply for an interest free loan. The details an applicant provides will be checked against a number of public registers such as the credit rating agency. The check will require information about the applicant's address, employment history, bank details and credit history. Applicant will find out within minutes whether application has been successful. |
| Deposit: A deposit of at least 10% of the retail cost of the piano is required before application for finance. The remainder can be paid over a 12 month period with an interest free loan |
To apply for 0% finance, the applicant must
- be over 18 years old
- have a valid landline telephone number
- work 16 hours / week or have a regular source of income
- have 3 years UK address history
